After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stephens College in 2022, Mary went on to graduate with her Master of Education in Counseling, also from Stephens College, in 2025.  She is currently a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC); practicing at Kindred Collective under the supervision of Kate Weir, Ed. S, LPC-S, RPT-S.

Mary’s areas of focus include trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, behavioral issues, parenting, self-esteem, stress, and dealing with life transitions. Mary has a special interest in supporting neurodiverse individuals and those curious about neurodiversity, including clients with ADHD and Autism. She enjoys collaborating with parents and has a holistic view of those she supports, acknowledging the different dimensions of underlying causes and focusing on creating balance.

Mary takes a person-centered approach to counseling, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness. She works to create a space where all parts of a person are welcome.
