Donna believes that every person has the innate capacity for growth, healing, and change. Rooted in a person-centered approach, her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where her clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world at their own pace. She is especially passionate about helping clients navigate adoption, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and identity development. Her calm and grounded presence helps her to attune to each client’s unique needs, fostering connection and collaboration in the therapeutic process. Whether working with a young child through play, supporting a teen through the complexities of adolescence, or helping an adult rediscover their voice, her goal is to walk alongside each person on their journey toward greater self-awareness, balance, and well-being.

 

Donna sees clients  in Columbia, MO and  Kansas City, MO. She meets clients in person and also offers online sessions for convenience.
